This will be supplied once we have a site map and the position of the capsule or building 5 Form 15 Design Certificate from Manufacturer 6 Foundation Drawings. Either Drawn by a Architect, Building Designer , Draftsperson, or Engineer. But accompanied with a Form 15 Design Certificate By an RPEQ Engineer.   The installation Builder/Owner  Required to do.

If you decide to buy and wish to make modifications from the standard design, there will be a non-refundable $1,000 for simple or more complex $3,000 deposit. However, if you proceed with the purchase, this deposit will be deducted from the agreed price. Once your design requirements are reviewed and you are satisfied with the order, a 35% deposit will be required. When the capsule is completed, we will provide you with photos, a video, and a VIN/serial number. At this stage, an additional 40% payment is due before shipping. The remaining 25% is payable upon delivery on the ship FOB (freight on board), once you are supplied with the bill of loading. before sailing to Australia at the agreed port. The entire process, from the time the deposit is made, typically takes 6 to 8 weeks for manufacturing. Delivery is expected to take an additional 3 to 6 weeks. Additionally, a 1790 x 900 cm projection screen is included. The hot water system is not included. However, we have allocated space in a side cabinet of the capsule for a 50-litre unit, or it can be placed outside. You will need to source, install, and connect the hot water system to the pipes at the destination, which must be done by a licensed plumber.

Beyond three hours, the average cost is $350 per hour for Semi trailers and cranes, with additional charges for locations further away. For installation, a site plan and laying down footing foundations are required, with six footings needed. Our engineers will provide the necessary plans for this. The capsule should be elevated a minimum of 650 cm off the ground, and we will supply leg extensions for plumbing access and council inspections, to be attached by crane during installation. We can also arrange for a licensed builder to manage the entire installation process. The builder will assess the site and provide a quote, coordinate with a certifier for permits, schedule soil testing and foundation work with engineers, arrange an electrician for electrical connections, and ensure a plumber is available for water, sewerage, and rainwater connections. This streamlined process helps reduce installation time and ensure a smooth experience. Typically, installation costs are under $10,000, but may vary based on soil conditions and utility mains location.

Certification is essential; without it, you cannot legally reside in, rent out, or obtain insurance for the property, leaving you vulnerable to liability. We supply all certificates required for Council/Certifiers.

For residential properties in Queensland, the capsule needs to be within 20 meters from your house, with a set back from the neighbor's fence and back fence of 3 meters, and a side fence of 1 meter. It cannot be larger than 80 square meters (in NSW and VIC, the limit is 60 square meters). The block size should be a minimum of 450 square meters without a development application (DA).
