What is the purchasing process?.

    If you decide to buy and wish to make modifications from the standard design, there will be a non-refundable deposit: $1,000 for simple modifications or $3,000 for more complex ones. However, if you proceed with the purchase, this deposit will be deducted from the agreed price. Once your design requirements are reviewed and you are satisfied with the order, a 35% deposit will be required. When the capsule is completed, we will provide you with photos, a video, and a VIN/serial number. At this stage, an additional 40% payment is due before shipping. The remaining 25% is payable upon delivery on the ship FOB (freight on board), once you are supplied with the bill of lading, before sailing to Australia at the agreed port. Your capsule/home is covered by insurance till it arrive to your site. The entire process, from the time the deposit is made, typically takes 6 to 8 weeks for manufacturing. Delivery is expected to take an additional 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the size of the product, with 3 weeks for container-sized products and 5 weeks for oversized products transported on flat rack trailers. Once your home is ready, we will provide an estimated delivery date, which may vary depending on prior orders and logistics schedules. We need to keep this payment method in place to keep our prices as low as possible and to ensure that other customers' orders, which might have issues, don't affect you.
