What is the purchasing process?.

    If you decide to buy and wish to make modifications from the standard design, there will be a non-refundable deposit: $3,000 for  modifications . However, if you proceed with the purchase, this deposit will be deducted from the agreed price. Once your design requirements are reviewed and you are satisfied with the order, a 50% deposit will be required. When the capsule is completed, we will provide you with photos, a video, and a VIN/serial number. At this stage, an additional 30% payment is due before leaving the factory. Then 10% is payable upon delivery to Australian port, final 10% when it arrives on your site. We need to adhere to this payment plan, due to the factory policy and to keep our price attractive we work on a very low margin. Your capsule/home is covered by insurance till it arrive to your port, before the capsule arrive you should have insurance in place. The entire process, from the time the deposit is made, typically takes 6 to 8 weeks for manufacturing. Delivery is expected to take an additional 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the size of the product, with 3 weeks for container-sized products and 5 weeks for oversized products transported on flat rack trailers. Once your home is ready, we will provide an estimated delivery date, which may vary depending on prior orders and logistics schedules..
