Installation Requirements
A site plan is necessary to determine the build location. Licensed builders will oversee the installation process, including coordination with certifiers, soil testing, and utility connections

For Housing Space Homes will retain a builder to build or place on site, connecting to the main will be extra charge quoted on inspection of site usual cost are under $10,000.
